Information Management I offer consultancy services in the project-internal capture, management and use of project-related information. Through involvement in the early stages of project development, I am able to develop the information management strategy in such a way that it can a) slot into the final proposal, and b) be quickly implemented if the project is approved. Transparent Workflow Many years of experience in the creation of information management and workflow tools for European Commission projects allows me to put together systems that makes the flow of work and information in a project transparent - both to the project partners, and to the Commission. Information Dissemination Having facilitated the information dissemination strategies and tools for numerous European and international projects over many years, I can create Information Dissemination Strategies that slot directly into project proposals to the Commission, and can be effectively and quickly implemented once the dissemination phase of the project is reached.

| About Rian van Staden: With more than 10 years experience with project information management in the renewable energy field, Rian has contributed to dozens of projects and initiatives. He was project lead on the World-wide Information System for Renewable Energy (WIRE), one of the largest web-based information management systems in the field, and has developed information management and dissemination strategies for numerous European Commission projects. His special interest is ensuring the longivity of electronic information resources in Europe, and has served on a European Commission advisory group on this topic. |
